These terms govern your use of this website and the engagement of services from Digital Prodigy, a unit of Sandeep and Sons HUF, Gurugram ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We provide digital services including web and mobile application development, search engine optimization, social media marketing, pay per click management, and email marketing. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Unless agreed in writing, work begins after receipt of the agreed advance, and remaining payments follow the schedule set out in the engagement. Fees for third-party costs such as advertising budgets, domains, hosting, and software licences are payable by the client and are separate from our service fees.
You agree to provide the content, access, approvals, and feedback reasonably needed to deliver the work on schedule, and you confirm that any material you supply does not infringe the rights of any third party.
On receipt of full payment, the final deliverables created specifically for you are transferred to you. We retain the right to use non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party assets such as stock media, fonts, plugins, and platforms remain subject to their own licences.
We follow industry best practices in all marketing services. However, search rankings, traffic, and advertising outcomes depend on factors outside any agency's control, and we do not guarantee specific positions, volumes, or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
